Mark stopped running! The teasing about his faith was too much today. He thought that he could stand tall and declare his beliefs, in spite of the heckling and being called “Jesus-Boy” in such nasty tones. He’s not ashamed of Jesus, but the only reason he wears this jacket with “Jesus Saves” on the back is so that he don’t have to talk about his love for the Savior. Instead, he lets the words speak for themselves. But, today, someone he thought was a friend and a believer joined with the unbelievers in mocking him. It was just too much!
