I love to tell stories! As a college professor, I found that students learned more from stories that illustrated the teachings.  I thought that maybe I could use the same technique, telling real-life stories from my life, to inspire, encourage, and spread hope.

I love the challenge of the daily prompts, especially the opportunity to write fiction that imparts emotions and helps people feel like they are not alone in their adversities and trials.

My name is Regina, and  I earned all my degrees from Georgia State University: BA in Sociology in 1997, MA in Sociology in 2000, and PhD in Sociology in 2006.

I am a Christian, and I may use Scriptures in my post from time to time, especially if they fit and help to teach the lessons I hope people learn from my posts about living life to the fullest. I believe in God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and I am not ashamed to present my faith.
