Oh, the beauty of those first moments when a child learns that they are courageous, after all!
To see them climb high, and then slide down into their parents’ arms is so special to witness. They are so proud of themselves!
I hate to see night come, as their parents, some impatient for adult company, take the children away, often having to unclench their little hands from around the poles. The silence is awful.
No worries! Tomorrow, a whole new set of toddlers and babies will come and the music of their laughter and joyous shouts will once again reverberate off the sand and into our hearts.
