On cold, chilly days when the sun plays hide and seek with the clouds,
I suffer from the grayness that freezes my heart and seeps inside my soul.
But a trip to the local museum is just the healing medicine I need.
As the colors thaw my heart and lift my soul, joy in being alive unrolls.
Written for the Sunday Confessionals: Express from Mindlovemisery’s Menagerie. I used the prompts from the Three Things Challenge from Sensitivity 101: cold, chilly, and freeze.
