The Sun is Always Shining Above the Storm Clouds, and Every Storm Eventually Ends.
My billboard would seek to encourage everyone that trials and troubles always end. I remember feeling hopeless and overwhelmed. The storm clouds that had been pouring rain for three days resembled my life: a never-ending episode of continuous uncertainty about the future. Then, as I stood looking up at the storm clouds, a break appeared, and I was stunned to see the sun shining above them!
I realized that I just had to wait for the storm to end, and joy and hope would return to my life. It is a lesson I have never forgotten, and it has brought me through many physical, financial, and relational storms, keeping hopelessness at bay.
