I am always intrigued by clothes I see in stores,
Clothes I was sure that no one would actually wear.
But, then I am proven wrong time and again,
As some brave soul buys them while I am standing there.
A purple skirt covered in green polka dots,
With a matching top for one to pick,
I stared at the young lady who bought them both,
Along with a tube of lavender lipstick.
She seemed very proud of what she had bought,
Happy as she could possibly be.
So, let us relish the differences in our styles,
And let everyone be blissfully free.
