A Long Lazy Afternoon

I laid in my bed all afternoon and evening,

Like a lazy dormouse in hibernation.

Having one of those electronics-free days,

I was free from any cyber sensations.

Upon waking from my long beauty sleep,

I wanted to eat only what would please.

So, I went to the fridge and removed

An Ambrosia apple and some Gouda cheese.
