Laying on the beach, comfortable and free,
Smokes, cold beer, sand, a book, and the sun .
The guy seemed like he had no real troubles,
As if all of his responsibilities had been done.
He was enjoying his life to the fullest, and
I envied him his ability to let go and just live.
For I tend to make much ado about everything,
Suffering the stress and headaches that gives.
As I watched him in his awesome nonchalance
Savor each moment without worry or many cares,
I knew that I needed to change how I live my life,
Start enjoying each moment to the fullest, if I dared.

Good one Regina, that last line says so much, “if we dare’, so much easier to say than put into practice.
