I had to truly marvel at the paradox of you,

Thinking you are the best man I could find,

When, in reality, your hubris on your value

To women has rendered you stupid and blind.

You don’t hold a candle to a true gentleman,

One who with my love is so happy and pleased.

Because he comprehends that we are both blessed,

Each moment we can be together he happily seized.
