The Car Buying Ended Well!

I am glad to report that we only test drove three cars before I found my new ride. We went with a used car because the prices with the interest rate so high was unbelievable for a new car. I wanted to remain near the car note I was paying, so I opted for a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox, in black, because when you buy used cars, you take the color you can get. We are a two-Chevy family now, with my husband’s Bolt. I wanted a hybrid like the other car but you can’t always get what you want. I am grateful for what I have.

I drove it home, and I liked how it handled the curves and the wonderful lane assist. I got nearly all of the safety features I wanted or needed, so I am happy. I am grateful to the young man at the dealership who was patient as Douglas and I both took it for a test drive. My dear husband has to put every car through certain paces, and I am not convinced they make a difference because I don’t usually drive more than 10 or 15 miles from home. The last car had only 11000 miles in about 14 months. So, here’s to getting out of the house and cruising down the street. Thank you, Lord, for your continued blessings!
