Sunday Trees #377, February 3, 2019

I find it humbling that trees outlive humans. Imagine how many people have stood under this tree over the many years professing their love for each other, warning kids to get down before they break something, sharing picnics with families, and mourning the loss of ones. The roots testify to the tree’s strength, determination, and perseverance through so many storms and man-made issues. Thankfully, those are qualities we share with the trees, praise the Lord.
