Down That Narrow Way

Photo by Viktor Lundberg on Pexels.com

Traveling down a narrow road,

Finding new place to explore.

The beauty on either side of us,

Reminding us of what’s in store.

It’s on these seemingly lonely paths

That I learn so much about myself.

Patience derives from anticipation,

And self-control becomes my wealth.

What lovely happinesses abide

Just around the next corner for us.

So, let’s put our worries behind,

And leave tire tracks in the dust.
