Slow down and exhale.
Let your fury dissipate.
Now, you can decide.

Good advice. The few times I’ve heeded it, I have been very glad I did.

Love this Haiku.
So true as well. This is what is needed whenever anger seems to well. 🙂

A good one for everyday use, not only during this turbulent political time. Very difficult decision in the coming week.
He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.” Psalm 46:10
One of my all-time favorite verses and one of my life verses along with Romans 3:16 and Philippians 1:19-20. It helped me through a very tough time. God led me to this very verse when I took my youth group to see Steven Curtis Chapman sang Be Still and Know. I hope you don’t mind my sharing the link.
