The three planning commissioners stared flabbergasted at the sculpture model of the proposed statue of the town hero, which was basically just a stick figure!
Commissioner Williams, who had been singing the praises of this guy, was mortified!
But, as much as he hated to say so, the design was worse than bad, it was horrid!
