I haven’t been to every restaurant in my town, but I can still tell you the best restaurant based on how long the car queue is, from breakfast to closing. Chick-Fil-A is packed to the gills, no matter what time you go. It’s easier to go in and get your meal, although they are pretty fast. I love the service, particularly how each employee always says, “My pleasure” when you thank them for their assistance.
You feel they are taught that customer service is the focus of their success, and I don’t know a place that respects customers better than Chick-Fil-A. In a time when so many waitstaff make you feel as though you are interrupting their day with your requests, at Chick-Fil-A, they welcome your business and constantly ask what more they can do to make your visit a good one.
I love going there because I feel appreciated. The food is good, the service is excellent, and you are not rushed out the door if you want to sit for a while. I miss them on Sundays after church. I would eat there every day of the week if I could. It may not be a Michelin-starred experience, but for the money, Chick-Fil-A can’t be beat. If you question my opinion, just see how many of them are being built and expanded in your city.
