Guileless of the danger ahead, I continued my odyssey across Ireland. As I  came into a bend, I saw my lights illuminating the fence, an indication that I was on the wrong side of the road. I quickly adjusted, barely missing another car head-on. Silently, I said,”Forgive me!”
